I watched something today and realized that you really need to continue to increase your standards, a lot of people never reinvest in themselves and that's something that I've realized is a really big mistake, after an episode of Ramsays kitchen nightmares I can relate to a lot of problem with regular ordinary businesses that just seem to drop off, a lot of these business at one time was doing very well but for whatever reason the standards just dropped off.
It's so accomplishment to let your game slip and then try to recover it, the best method is to continue to try and push and break new barriers at all points in time, it doesn't matter how much success you already have, always be hungry for more and keep pushing till he hit the next level, eventually as you cultivate this attitude you never go for a long time letting your game slip, it's impossible to maintain high standards unless you are constantly striving for better at all points in time.
Cultivating this type of mentality is certainly not as easy as it seems, most of the time motivational simply wears off and you are only left with daily habits, eventually you will burn out or simply just lose motivation to keep going at the maxmium level and that's why it's important to surround yourself with positive motivated people and enjoy the idea of competition instead of just putting in the bare minimum effort.
Take time to master your craft and always be trying to improve.
